30 days, full refund, free return shipping. We accept returns on used products — refunds don't depend on condition. All returned units are responsibly recycled.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every device. Full coverage for manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone separation. Repairs or replacements are shipped free.
What if my device arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. We typically ship a replacement the same day with a prepaid return label.
